I. Training could be done in customers'or our company, it is according to customers'demands.
In customers'factory, our engineer could install and test the machine well to avoid any mistake.
And also do the training for the operator, according to the different model machine, the training will be about 3-5 working days, including the normal operation, maintain, problem checking and spare parts replacement.
Note: The training is free, we don't charge any fees. customers just need pay the air ticket and local accommodation for our engineer.
II. If customer want to go our factory to do the training. Buyer shall select one dedicated responsible staff for 5 days of technical training in China. TECPACKING shall be responsible for the local accommodation.
Service
I. The warranty time for DXDCT SERIES & TP SERIES AUTOMATIC PYRAMID TEA BAG PACKING MACHINE is 2 years after delivery date.
II. We supply the parts for customer, and will be mailed in 3-5 working days.
III. After service in 24 hours, if there is any question or problem, could contact with us at anytime by email or phone.
