Our TP series have two main products TP-P60 and TP-P100 pyramid tea bag packing machine. They produce at different speeds, 70-80 bag/min for TP-P60 and 90-100 bag/min for TP-P100.
Meet to the EU Standard and the waterproof grade IP54. PLC and safety relay could stop the machine, when there is any problem, or open the safety door. At the same time, could relieve the pressure of the cylinder, to avoid any accident.
The packing line is around 70-80 bag/min & 90-100bag/min , as the high capacity, could save a lot of labors.
Weighing by 14 heads electrical weigh, could do the accuracy in +/-0.1g/bag. Also could kick out the exceeding weight, to save the raw material.And it could storage of 100 sets of parameters, easy to change the different tea.
A key to start the machine. The failure could be shown on the touch screen to help you find the problem. After solve, one key to re start the machine.
There are two years warranty after the shipping date. During this period, any broken, except the wrong operation or the easy wearing parts, we would like to do the free replace. Supply the technical training in buyer’s factory, it is free for 3 to 5 working days. Buyer just pay the air tickets and local hotel for our engineer. And also, there is the technical support and service for the whole life of machine.
