Beautiful Shaped Tea Bag by Ultrasonic Sealing & Cutting
Tecpacking machines produce beautiful rectangular and triangular shape tea bag with ultrasonic sealing and cutting technology. A nice pyramid tea bag should be three-dimensional, with the same length of each side, without folding the edges.
Safety and Smart
electrical cabinet waterproof grade IP54, all parts of the machine are affixed with standard safety production sign. A key to control the machine, all functions automatically start, automatically identify the film tagged or not tag.
Measurement Method with High Weighing Accuracy
High accrancy 0.1g for mixed material and able to weigh each single material and pack in each bag to keep mixture multi-heads weigher with German HBM loadcell, full stainless steel for the touching part, simple operation, and with setting storage.

We developed TP series high speed(90-100bags/min)pyramid tea bag packing machine in 2018, Tecpacking continues to improve technology and develop new machine.
SERVICE
Training could be done in customers'or our company, it is according to customers'demands. In customers'factory, our engineer could install and test the machine well to avoid any mistake. And also do the training for the operator, according to the different model machine, the training will be about 3-5 working days, including the normal operation, maintain, problem checking and spare parts replacement.
Note: The training is free, we don't charge any fees. customers just need pay the air ticket and local accommodation for our engineer.
If customer want to go our factory to do the training. Buyer shall select one dedicated responsible staff for 5 days of technical training in China. TECPACKING shall be responsible for the local accommodation.
● The warranty time for DXDCT SERIES & TP SERIES AUTOMATIC PYRAMID TEA BAG PACKING MACHINE is 2 years after delivery date.
● We supply the parts for customer, and will be mailed in 3-5 working days.
